The Schenk family has been growing strong roots in Southern Indiana area since 1925. In 1988, we began focusing our agricultural experience on turf.
Today, Schenk Sod provides exceptional turf products, knowledgeable staff, and commitment to service, making us a leader in turfgrass sales in Indiana, Illinois, and Kentucky.
The quality of our sod is second-to-none. That's why you'll find Schenk Sod's turf products in many front yards, athletic fields, retail office complexes, and golf courses throughout the region.We got started in the sod business out of curiosity, after playing golf and wondering where golf courses got their grass and how they installed it. From there, we used our experience in grain production and agriculture to start growing sod and developing a market in Southern Indiana. We already had the proper machinery, which helped us get started.
All sod must be ordered one day in advance for pickup, and one week in advance for delivery and installation. Payment is accepted via check or credit card.
